COVID-19 Update | 3/27

In response to the recent stay-at-home directive, public-facing activities at Yellowstone Harley-Davidson will be appointment-only until the directive is lifted. More updates will follow as the situation evolves.

Our highest priority is the safety and health of our employees and customers. Our second-highest priority is making sure that bikes are ready to ride and that people may enjoy two-wheeled freedom amidst these recent challenges. After all, there is no better social distancing than hopping on your motorcycle and going for a rip.

Here’s what we can do for you in the meantime...

GENERAL

Our showroom is closed. However..

Our phone number is 406.388.7684. We will have employees present to answer the phone and handle appointments as necessary. We are offering FREE delivery (in the valley) and curbside pickup for all dealership products and motorcycles. Wherever you are located, please call and we will make the necessary arrangements to get your product/motorcycle to you. 

All transactions may be handled over the phone.

SERVICE/PARTS

These departments will remain in operation with some adjustments. You may still make an appointment and drop off a bike for service, but please call us in advance. This situation is still a great opportunity to get your bike ready to ride, whether that may be letting our Master Technicians work on it or ordering the parts you need and doing it yourself.

If you need to make an appointment, order a part, or pick up/drop off a bike, please send a message to service@yellowstoneharley.com or give us a call.

If you have a bike in storage and would like to pick it up, give us a call and we will make the necessary arrangements.

MOTORCYCLE SALES

We can operate on an appointment-based system. If you are seriously interested in a bike, please send an email to info@yellowstoneharley.com with your inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible to make something happen. We can also bring a bike to you to look at or test ride if you are located within a reasonable distance.

MOTORCLOTHES

Closed to the public, but the above protocols may be used. Give us a call and tell us what you would like and we can arrange for delivery or curbside pickup.

In return, we simply ask for your patience. Things may move a bit slower with these limitations, but we will continue to work with and accommodate our customers as best as we can. 

In tough times, we must react with compassion. We are in this situation whether we like it or not and we are in this situation TOGETHER. We exist as a business to serve and better our community, the community that fuels our passion and keeps our doors open. Last night, this decision from our Governor came out of respect for the Montana community as a whole.
