Josh Fry (All of the above)

Josh bleeds Harley-Davidson, and there is very little (if anything) he doesn't know about H-D bikes or history. In 1998, Josh started in the wash bay and now works in any department that needs him. He is also the mastermind behind any YH-D custom.

Josh will tell you there are two seasons, motorcycle season and snow-bike season. When he isn't out riding Pan Americas with the crew, which includes his wife and kids, Josh is at home pretending to be a farmer or planning an adventure with Heidi.

Heidi Johnson-Fry (Boss lady)

After spending over 15 years as a part-time employee in the summers, Heidi joined the team full-time in 2022. If she isn't fixing someone's gear or helping out somewhere else in the shop, Heidi is downstairs in motorclothes. If asked, Josh will tell you she is the boss, but it may depend on who is doing the asking!

You can find Heidi riding her Sportster, Dyna, or Pan America. She is happiest with her family or on two wheels; she can also be found in the mountains on her pedal bike.

Emma Fry (Marketing Director)

Emma is the Marketing Director and the creative force behind Yellowstone Harley-Davidson's photography, social media, events, and storytelling. Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, she grew up in the dealership and has a lifelong connection to both the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and the Yellowstone Harley family.

When she's not at the dealership, you'll usually find her with a camera still in hand, her Velcro dog Jane by her side, or chasing the next adventure on two wheels. Emma has traveled the world documenting conservation projects and remarkable people through photography and film, but no matter where the road takes her, Montana and Yellowstone Harley-Davidson will always be home.

Kaes VanderJagt (Sales)

Come into the shop and find "the big guy behind the bar," and you will meet Kaes. This Montana native has been with YH-D for 20+ years. Kaes is a lover of all things Harley-Davidson, but especially the Pan America. If you want to know about bikes, or hot routes and rides to take, Kaes is your guy.

When he isn't out riding his Pan America, Dyna, or Sportster, Kaes is mapping new Pan Am routes or at home with his wife, Sarah. Occasionally, one of their three grown kids will stop by.

Austin Prino (Parts)

This Pittsburgh native, transplanted to Montana in 2022, remains a true Yinzer at heart. Austin is an encyclopedia of H-D parts knowledge and is always ready to help turn your bike into a one-of-a-kind custom.

Not only is Austin a kick-ass parts specialist, but he is also a fantastic chef! When he isn't out riding his Softail, Austin is home with his wife, Mandi, and their daughter, Presley.

Travis Overstreet (Service)

Trav also joined the YH-D family as a teenager (we start 'em young). With over 20 years of experience, Trav is the MASTER of all H-D mechanics. He is the Obiwon of the dyno room and all things service related.

When he isn't riding his Ultra Classic, he is home on his mini farm or out exploring with his wife, Gina.

Zack Ziegler (Service)

Zack joined the YH-D family as a teenager and is an all-around motorhead. Having completed his first BDR at 17, Zack is our Pan America service guru. In 2026, Zack will be one of the youngest Harley-Davidson Master Technicians in the country.

When he isn't out raging his Pan America, Zack is working on his truck, welding something, or tinkering with another project.

Justice Favor (Service)

Our newest tech came to us from down south. Justice has been working on all things motorized for as long as he can remember. Since childhood, this South Texas native has had a deep love for motorcycles. 2025 will be Justice's first snowy winter, but the YH-D family is thrilled to have him and his talent with us.

When he isn't on his Dyna, Justice is an avid gamer, loves to shoot, and heads out to explore the unknowns of Montana. Rumor has it that he also likes to hang out with Scarlett.

Scarlett Jayne (Motorclothes)

YH-D's smallest family member came to us from San Antonio, but spent most of her life here in Montana. We are glad to have her back in Big Sky Country! If you have any questions about gear, helmets, home goods, etc., "the girl with the bugs on her arm" is who you want to talk to. Her smile and positive attitude will brighten anyone's day.

Scarlett rides a sweet Sportster, and when she isn't riding, she is usually with Justice, or her family here in Belgrade.

Chris Collins (Service)

Chris is our "Cali kid," but we don't hold that against him. Having been around bikes his entire life, Chris got his first Harley (AMF) at 4 years-old and never looked back. He has worked with some of the raddest people in the industry, so the fact that Chris is part of our YH-D family is a true honor. If you come in for service or have a bike being customized, you will meet Chris. He may be quiet, but when he talks, you want to be listening; the dude knows his stuff and has a keen eye for designing/creating incredible bikes.

Chris is a Dyna bro but his daily commuter is a '46 Knucklehead.

When he isn't riding, you will find Chris at the skate park with his son Sanford or out exploring on his pedal bike.

Margo Cysewski (Accounting)

If you walk onto the showroom floor and look up and toward the eastern most wall, you will find the lady in the "ivory tower." Though you may not see her. Margo is the lady behind the money and the one that keeps us all in line. 

When she isn't with us, Margo is a passenger princess with her husband, Scott, judging BBQ competitions (yes, you read that right) or with her family. There is no one on this earth that loves flamingos, a good cruise, or dressing to the nines more than Margo!

Jay Gagné (Operations)

Jay is YH-D's oldest family member. Also known as “Lingerie Jay or just Lingerie,” he grew up in Michigan and has been on two wheels since he was 8. Jay left Michigan back in 1978 and has called Montana home ever since! He is a jack-of-all-trades and is often seen behind the BBQ at YH-D events.

You can usually find Jay down in the motorclothes department telling stories and helping out the ladies. When he isn’t at YH-D, Jay is riding his Road King, working in his garden, or exploring new back roads.

Aiden Fabich (Aquatic Engineer)

Aiden is our newest and youngest addition. He is on loan from Belgrade High, but we love having him here for the summer. Aiden has been around motorcycles since birth and is looking forward to having his own soon!
