"Having just got back from a recent trip to the Yellowstone area, just wanted to compliment the service department. Breaking down isn't any fun and even worse when you are over 1000 miles from home. I was able to call and they verified that had the parts I thought i might need. After riding in 2 different tow trucks to get the bike to their shop about 3 pm, they had a open stop for me and they were able to verify that it was the stator that had gone bad. It was fixed and I was heading to a motel at 6 pm. 3 hours later. Couldn't have asked for any better customer service. Great job guys !!! Friendly people and did great."

"One of the best HD dealerships I have ever been to. While riding back from the Black Hills, 6/28/14, my 2007 Ultra Classic stared to make a thrashing noise. I rode into your dealership and was greeted by Alex Stewart. He checked the bike and knew immediately what the problem was. Alex said a most wonderful statement. "I can have you back on the road by tomorrow". Alex arranged a ride for me to the La Quinta Hotel and had me picked up the next day. The bike and I made it home to Tacoma, WA without any further problems. Not only did Alex take good care of the bike and me, but the parts dept. came through by having the required parts in stock. "First time I stopped in I was having steering issues with a New 2013 Fatboy. Dan came out looked at it, told me I wasn't the first one to ever mention steering issues. was very upfront No dealer cover stories or insults to my intelligence stories. I was impressed. "been riding Harleys since 1971" Next trip was to Admit it to service dept. for breathing problems, a weak heart, and puking oil out of air cleaner. It was admitted, diagnosed, and fixed UNDER WARRANTY.. RUNS GREAT and Not one single part has fallen off or come loose in 10,000 miles. Bike had been to 3 other local dealerships prior to this. "Nightmare experiences most non yuppie riders experience" Bottom line Dealing with Dan,( who will be missed), Alex,Josh,Travis, Jim,Dave and all the floor staff has been excellent.
